Kitchen Remodeling

These pictures show the kitchen in the demolition to the completed stage.

The first picture is right after the existing cabinets were removed. Showing the location of the old cabinets and the back splash.

The second picture depicts the wall between the old living room and the kitchen where there was once a pass through. Now it is framed in and ready for the next stage of construction.

The third picture shows the finished cabinets and the cathedral ceiling. To give the kitchen an "old world" feel we used V groove boards for the finished ceiling. The higher ceiling allowed the home owners to hang a chandelier in the kitchen. Included in this "old world" look is the wood counter tops that blend themselves to a more warm and inviting feeling.
You can truly see that the existing kitchen cabinets needed some up dating. The V groove pine board doors and the old black hinges needed to meet their destiny... with the dumpster.

The after picture, with the new cabinets and the vaulted ceiling really shows how cheerful the new kitchen turned out to be. This truly made a huge difference on how the home owner viewed their new kitchen.
The two bottom pictures show the location of the old sink. After the sink and everything associated with it was relocated, the doorway was framed in using the old window location. We framed and finished the doorway with very heavy molding and crown, getting you ready to enter the newly constructed family room.

MORE KITCHEN RENOVATIONS

Same outdated kitchen just with a different view.

BEFORE: This kitchen was in need of major renovations, updating and graffiti removal.

AFTER: You wouldn't even know it was same kitchen! The cabinetry, marble counter tops, high hat lighting and updated appliances makes this a kitchen anyone would want to work in.
